Space Kart full size course maker only (non-kart)

My idea for the course maker would be a catagory for full size road courses, like Eifel, but visually looking like Space Kart. I like the neon glow.

Just like if you were making a track in Eifel (Circuit) but with all the decoration and atmosphere of Kart Space I/II. It wouldn't have to be indoors either. It would be at night so they could use their updated environmental simulations creating all the constellations. Now with some night tracks, you get to an area that's really dark and you're guessing where you need to be on the track and where to turn. With the Kart Space environment, the whole track is lit up with the neon lighting. And who knows, maybe the new track creator will let you choose the type of pavement you want.
