Hi, i was going to install the Spec II for Gran Turismo 4 does the Full version include the game file?

You won't find it here I'm afraid. You either own it and can rip it or you'll have to find a copy yourself.

I believe so, only one way to find out. Try them. You do have to be on the correct screen to use the cheats that require button inputs. Aside from those, I think I have a few of the codes set up such as stopping the penalty timer on the special events, and they work fine. I'm using PCSX2.
