special GT game?

Hi, I just bought a copy gt3 and the cover is different then most copies of gt 3. And at the bottom next to the rated Everyone sign in bold letters it says NOT FOR SALE. is this a special version?

D'you buy it in the store, or second hand? When I bought my PS2, it came with GT3 and that something similar (not sold separately or something)

I also have one. The box is the same but the disk is red and in small letters says "Not for sale" By the way, I got it used from gamestop.

PAL GT3 bundle version in Red AMARAY Case sold with PlayStation2 console SCPH-35002 (AUS), 35003GT (UK) and 35004 (EU), product code SCES-50294 same as sold alone.

NTSC-U/C PBPX-95503 sold with SCPH-35001 in U.S. and Canada, it has Red Cover Art same as JP and PAL.
no barcode on cover both of them.
