If level numbers in a game is what decides who's better, I think you might be doing it wrong. After all it's entirely possible to hit level 40 doing nothing but Sunday cup ;) Proves nothing.

i saw ppl with X2010 getting through and being able to use this glitch, although its turning radius is a lot larger than the GTR

PP isn't always relative to what you're facing, the Miura can easily destroy the cars in the classic series and you can even enter the Cobra which is quite overpowered compared to what you're facing. So I think the PP restrictions could be even more tighter though that could attract complaints. I don't really care for seasonals though, would have preferred more A-Spec races (that are permanent and don't require an internet connection to play).

Anyway, tried this twice. First time had no idea what to do, 6k CR and 4k XP, second time managed to do all 200 laps and finished 3rd out of 6, 1.5 mil CR and 141k XP, great for 16 minutes but mind numbingly boring to the extent where I had to just leave the lobby because it was so boring.

Most rooms have tire wear off. This one dude was telling me you can control your spin more when you change your toe settings.

With the introduction of Seasonal Events, there is now a continually updating and theoretically infinite amount of A-Spec events. That argument no longer carries any weight whatsoever.

Seasonal Events are limited-time Special Events. Nothing more, nothing less. They are in no way anything more than a band-aid for the severe lack of A-Spec events in the game, and the way that they are implemented is a massive limitation of their usefulness even as a band-aid.

I only take overpowered cars into B-Spec events. Most of the A-Spec races in the game are still too easy. Particularly the ones with terrible AI car rotations.
 
Is there a way to do the doughnuts with out using the gtr academy verison, I'm pretty sure, I've seen people do it in the stock gtr or in the spec v...

If they fix the xp/credits system so that we don't have to grind for years, doing and doing again the same races, maybe we would't have to exploit glitches like the birthday, trading, duping, spinning. Or we will have to bring the Game Genie back.

I don't feel bad to have made 20millions in two days.

I know, and I think the PP levels of the opposing drivers are somewhat overstated. I overkilled them with a tuned-up Corvette somewhere in the 500-550 range. I know what you're thinking. I try to make the A-spec events fair, but as far as I'm concerned the seasonals only exist to give money.

Anyone know how to do it with a rubberband? I can't be bothered to sit there for 16 minutes going round and round. Looks more excruciating than Indy.
 
just take a standard gt-r with sports hard then put it in manual gear with tcs off.
and make (rubber band) donuts. and alter some buttons on your ds3.
i actually wright chats while doing this.

but I'm done with it for now, i got my 20 mill. trophy and i went from level 30 to 37 all that in couple of hours.

You have to have the car in your garage and by the diff in the tuning shop. To get the car you need to have all gold in special license, but i think the setup wil work with a normal GT - R '07 aswell if you get some more BHP in it.
 
its very important that other people finishes as well.
that way the 3e gets 1.500.00 and 4e get also 1.000.000.
set the limit 3minutes after the finish and wait until the second player is at 190 laps.
that way everybody makes a bigger payout,..the ones with 0 laps get least!!
 
Arghh still can't get the donuts right. I'm using Sports Hard front and back, Torque Differential F:10 R:90 and some other upgrades for my GTR 07. What is strange is some rooms have recommened GTR's only, and every time I'm in one of those, I can do doughnuts perfectly, just not in the right spot :S

I got +3000000 Credits and +1000000 XP in 8 Minutes.

Just get the arcade GT-R, turn driving aids off, put racing softs at the front and racing intermediates at the rear tires, then just make donuts at the start finish line. Increasing the map size helps alot. You just need to play around a little bit.

It might get fixed....by wednesday, but they will never take away the money and cars.
