Where do I view GTplanet user points...? I want to see how many I have in comparison to you guys.

So we don't get Ferraris, or Lamborghinis, Maseratis, Bugattis, Corvettes, Vipers, DB9s, Zondas or R8s in GT5? And instead all we get are economy boxes?

Mopar was not based on the Viper and actually doesn't have way too much to do with it. It's more of an SRT thing than Mopar, with a few exceptions.

Mopar is more Charger/Challenger/Performance Parts, Viper is more SRT/SuperSports car, maybe with some roots with Mopar but it's more of an SRT car than a Mopar car. There was one Mopar Viper ACR made but otherwise it's more of a normal Dodge SRT car.

Wouldn't it be great if this thread had some type of mascot or creative person? Well, that will never happen so here is the closest thing to that: Beavis and Butthead (hope I don't get sued!)

I see nothing wrong as I reffered to GT5 in the way of advertising a league (spoofing a game ad).

What, Beavis and Butthead always did spoof ads so this makes sense (ignore that Beavis and Butthead got discontinued..... twice)
Got a new car you want to break in but know you don't have the time to drive only 150 mph? Well go to route x and drive in an almost 20 mile oval for an hour fun times!

Got an old car that is losing horsepower but don't have the money to buy a new 1 but still have the time to re break it in? Well, use a car restoration cupon on it and it will be as good as stock. (ultimantly you will still have to spend more $ then the car is worth to re modify it)

The crushed cars in that pic are a Tesla and a Prius.

A RL crash is never a good thing, but in this case it's hard to feel bad about the cars themselves.
 
That Touareg doesn't even look like it's crashed. It looks like it's just casually driving over the wreckage. :lol:
 
I doubt that, VW vs Jeep in offroading (or going over cars) most people want the Jeep all if it is Mopar Modified.

It's all fine and well defending 'your team' or favourite manufacturer; but you're doing it in a very childish manner. Nobody is mocking MOPAR, nor should you be claiming it as some sort of 'world beater'. ;)

I'm not saying world beater I'm saying Jeep is better than Volkswagen offroad. Anyway back on subject-
Happy 15th birthday Gran Turismo! Hope GT6 has all the "great" things GT5 did and more. (Please not let the more be the KTM and Sliverstone only)
You present is my presence (and that ive spend hundreds of dollars on GT) Hope for another exiting 15 years to come!

Other than the Rally Raid Touareg, since when was Volkswagen any sort of threat offroad?

Put a Jeep up against a Range Rover and I think the result might surprise you, no matter how much Mopar has done to the engine.

Been around for 76 years..... straight (sponsors NHRA race every year, Rally trucks etc)
GT been around for 15 years not as straight (5 games multiple prologues etc)
Mopar- The real racing (no simulation needed)
