Can't do a sanction for a user who is constantly causing accidents in the Daily Race?
Not only me, but many people got into an accident and turned off the game.

GTPlanet is a private site, not affiliated with Sony, PlayStation, or Gran Turismo in any way and not able to influence or enact any changes in the game.

But in any case you can't report other players for this sort of behaviour and they are not routinely penalised anyway.
