Sport mode penalties are rubbish again!!

Yet again I find myself on here frustrated with the sport mode penalty system. I have been clipped numerous times by other drivers and I get a penalty. This is ruining the game again!!

Hi all iam getting very disappointed in sports mode, firstly there are drivers that think it's destruction Derby, the penalty system on each track it badly designed even also if you have to leave the race for some reason your driving Dr gets penalised and drops that's unfair. There needs to be a black flag put in meaning if u cause 3 times a driver to be hit in anyway or taken out there are black flagged and if they do this repeatedly they get an EE score or black flag symbol next to there name. Penalties should be only for been taken out hit repeatedly cheating on corners ,the sports mode is becoming increasingly disappointing and I and my friends love the game please please get this issue sorted

Can the programmers also on sports mode do different tracks and cars not the same old ones and please sort the penalties out
