Drifting's not gonna do you any favours but getting the tail out slightly around some of the tighter corners certainly helps as long as you can straighten up early enough to get good traction on the exit.
Drifting(well, stepping the rear out a bit anyway. not exactly drifting) can help if its done properly here. Mainly on corners 1-2 and 3-4 if you can get a good exit speed and line to setup for the next corner. But i try to avoid it.
