I have 3 spykers and iv been told they're rare. Ate they actually rare and im quite lucky or are other people comin across them quite often as well?

I haven't seen the R390 in a year. THAT'S rare (for me).

I have a few Spykers. I've seen it in the UCD plenty of times.

Well, also... cars which most people don't bother to buy if they do see them can be considered "rare"... in that most don't bother buying them!

I have about 3 or 4 Laviolettes... But I happen to like that car.

Thanku guys you have changed my veiw on rare cars. Basically your desired car will come with time and patience. Forgive me for repeating rare car topics but i am new to this forum thing. At least i got into it just in time to discover the 240rs. What a car. Spyker are totally underused and are quite surprising and fun with the right tuning as well

I have 3 or 4.. because I like it. For what it's worth, mygrandturismo.net has a rarity rating of 3/10. Making it pretty common.

It's "rare" because a lot of people have never seen it. A lot of people are looking for a "rare" car because its never came up in there UCD!?

Ha ha I only have one spyker, on the thumbnail it says its FR but when I click show its says its MR, I've not yet got round to trying to enter it into a MR or FR only race just to see what happens.

With mine I can enter the MR into MR restricted races and the FR into FR restricted races!?!

Correct, those don't come up in the UCD.

With duping and such, I don't think any car is rare. I think the only reason the Spyker is considered rare is because fewer people buy it when they do see it. It isn't a great driving car. The only reason I like it at all is because of the streamline modern inspired interior, which isn't in the game.

It is the same reason why I like the Zonda. Which does drive better than the Spyker, but not brilliantly.

All cars come up in the UCD eventually but not at the same rate. I don't have the link, but someone actually tracked every car in the UCD through thousands of days and some turned out to be much more rare than others. Might want to search for the thread. Can't remember if the Spyker was on the list, but I remember the Takata Dome NSX was.

...but you can find them from tickets (with patience, if you are a dupper)

This is one of the cars I was hoping would be premium for that same reason.
I would use it A LOT more if it were premium as I don't use it that much now.

So did I. I saw the Race version after I missed getting the Road version. ALLL because I didn't have enough to pay for it.
