Is this based on a real track? Does the ss7 tunnel really exist?

He is the owner of Top Secret company in japan, i forgot his name.Driving in one of his Top Secret V12 SUPRA FTW! he did run his car somewhere around London highway and was caught by the police (because he slow down his "beast" actually).
Then again i might be wrong..saw alot of his vid on youtube

The track is based on random motorway / freeway sections in Japan, if you watch the credits for the game you will notice the entrance to the tunnel and things. And if you played the old 'Tokyo Extreme Racer' on the PS2 then you might notice some similarities between this track and the tracks in that game. Looks to be based on real parts.
