Stage 2 Turbo help

I want to make a stage 2 turbo tune for my r34 and r33. But i dont know where to start its different tuning than a stage 3 turbo i need help on tuning a stage 2 turbo

It's the same as tuning for a high turbo, just with a longer transmission and lower shift point.

I agree with Nick. Stage 2 Turbos have their peak power in the mid RPM's, so when you tune, have that in mind.

i have trouble with this problem too :/ so like with the tranny flips, do you do the norma; flip for a high rpm turbo, but just stretch the gears so its powerband all the way through the quarter, or do you do a different flip down to the peak power? someone explain this to me :/

Say you flip at 3.000 for a high turbo. For a mid turbo you'll flip higher, say 4.000 (just an example).

Your gears will still be setup the same as a high turbo flip. It's just a longer transmission.

Reset your transmission and put final gear like around 3 400 or 3600 and top speed to the lowest, I think is 124 or 137 or 149, can't remember the number. Now bring your final gear to 2000.

Align gears and try to test you gear for a semi 1 2 quick shift and shift like around 6.5k.

Always do an overhaul to all your cars so they can pull.
