Mugen can cheat all he wants, It's just that he did(n't) complete the game honestly.

Look, everyone has the right to play this game in whatever way they like. What is it to you if he cheats or not?

Personally I'd love a game shark, because I have seen evidence of a proper Porsche 911 GT3RS hidden away in the game somewhere, and boy, I'd love to drive that!!!

Mind you, I wouldn't know what to do with the game shark if I had one...

I used a GameShark after I beat GT3, so much fun to have infinate cash, be able to bounce on track, have every car cost 0cr., and be able to make the ESCUDO have 50000 horsepower, seriously.

So much fun... too bad its outdated for GT4 cheats
