I have the initial d game for my PS2, and I don't know if my PS2 Mad Catz steering wheel is compatible with the game. The instructions manual says the GT logitech force steering wheel is compatible.

i did try it out, it's just that i tried to operate the pedals. Theres no option to convert the acceleration button to the gas and brake pedals of my steering wheel.

well i have a driving force pro and it works except for the shifters, from what ive read only the shifter paddles on a special edition initial d wheel will work with it. but you can use the d pad buttons on the wheel to shift, but its kinda backwards, press up on the wheels dpad and it shifts down, press down on it and it shifts up. so its still very playable you just have to get used to shifting with the dpad.
