steering wheel rotation in cockpit view: not more than 180°

this might just be a detail for many of you but i'd like to know what you guys think about it

i was kind of disappointed when i saw that in our beloved "real driving simulator" , when using the cockpit view, the driver is not moving his hands from the steering wheel which is not actually moving more than half of a turn on each side anyways.

i know that this is not a feature in many games but i think this is a really important detail to help on having the feeling to really be driving.
not to mention it feels "dumb" to move your 900° wheel from lock to lock and not see the same thing happening on the screen.

what do you think about that ?
 
Its increased from previous games but still doesn't feel right, at least give us the option to remove hands or wheel.
 
Agreed, we should have the option to adjust our degrees of rotation like in other simulators.
 
i remember in GT4, you could see that 900° animation in the replays and i discovered after searching a bit that you also had that animation
in GT5 prologue.
i still don't really understand why GTS doesn't feature this ...
