I am so sick of the increasing number of people complaining about GT5. Therefore I am starting a movement of people who do not complain about Polyphony and frown upon people who do. It is called the "Stop the Epidemic! / Stop the Hate" movement. Rather than flame the infected complainers, we will try to get them to understand how great Gran Turismo really is and enlighten them in the ways of The Book of Turismo. If you would like to join in on the movement, just copy this into your sig:

I completely agree, GT is my favourite game by a very big margin. I think i have played 1 other game in the past 2 months.

Well, on disk. I have a couple others DL'd from PSN.
 
It is also a good Idea to link that part of your sig to this thread.

I hate people who complain about Gran Turismo 5. They are cancerous and must be stopped before they become an epidemic.

I am IN on this. It amazes me how many people don't read everything before making stupid posts about something someone else has made already. I really dislike misspellings as well. It drives me up the wall. There are many dedicated people here that answer peoples questions right away. I also dislike the people that think they are know it all's, when they are not.
 
Haters make the world go round and round. Bet PD benefited from all the moans and groans to make their game better. But COMPLAINERS are just plain annoying, they're all like it's the worst game ever and it's the only game they play.

Not all true. I have about 10 games and... I can't stop playing GT5. Have several other games to play and finish, such as the Assassin's Creed franchise, but I just don't stop with GT5.
 
It is getting old. A lot of people complain but still keep playing lol.

I used to be HUGE into CoD.. But when I GT5 Came out my CoD time.. is litterally 2% what it used to be.

I play GT5 alot also but I dont understand the need to hate the haters...

In what does this thread benefit the game or the community? if it wasnt for the people complaining about the game do you think we would have all the updates we have now?

The haters are as annoying as the Fanboys IMO. Im also sick of pointing out a flaw of the game and then having to read go play Forza and then seing an update that fixes what I had pointed out before and the same person that told me to go play forza pointing out what great update that was...
 
People are aloud to voice their opinion. That's what forums are for.

I somewhat agree with this. It's perfectly acceptable for people to discuss what or how GT5 (or anything for that matter) can be made better. However, it's not acceptable for people to create rants about it, which is what this thread is made for I think.

Complaints are different than suggestions.
Suggestion example: I think PD should add more premium cars. I would really like the Veyron to have an interior.

Complaint Example: After two months they came out with just four cars. FOUR. What have they been doing this past year? Why don't they listen to suggestions. The standard cars look like crap. They added custom wheels, but premium wheels look like crap on standard cars. They have a horrible selection of custom wheels.

Also, this will benefit the community because it will convert the haters into lovers. We aren't flaming the haters, we are trying to talk to them and help them understand why they shouldn't complain about Polyphony Digital.

Yep. But that's not the case with complainers... They just, hate, everything.

"PD, give us the Aventador!" PD does it.
"Ow crap, PD is crap, GT5 is crap, more supercars? I want more racecars! PD does a pack with 15 RM and now Jaguar XJR9
"Ow damn, PD, damn you PD, we want Spa!" PD gives Spa...
"Oh PD, just Spa? Gives us more tracks! PD sux, PD is crap, GT5 is crap" PD does more tracks...
"Oh PD, we want less japanese cars!" PD releases a DLC with 3 european cars.
"But damn you PD! A car that we already have? (Golf IV, VERY DIFFERENT from Golf V)"
"Oh PD, another Mini! That sucks!" It's an european car! Didn't you wanted less japanese cars?
"Oh PD, the Scirocco, this was already done! You suck." The Scirocco is a different car from what we had, a completelly new one right?
"Damn you Kaz, why no top speed track? SSR7 sucks! We want test track!!" PD releases Route X, a magnificent well made test track then:
"PD, you damn mercenaries, you suck, GT5 is crap, the track is crap, it should be in the original disc, PD is crap, crap is crap.

So, its how complainers work. You can give them a truck full of money and they'll complain about what they are going to do with all that money.
