Was hoping somebody could give me a hand with a tune for this?

Hoping somebody has an idea of how to keep it land based when going over small crests.

I decreased the rear aero by 15 in order to keep it as level as possible, but it didn't help as much as I'd hoped.

Cheers

decreasing rear aero has nothing to do with leveling the car, your thinking ride height. Which is adjustable under Suspension settings. Aero is the amount of force pushing down on a car for better grip. More down force = better cornering, slower top speed due to drag. Less down force has less drag resulting in higher top speed, but weaker cornering. You turning rear aero down would make the front grip and the rear not grip. Most likely you would over rotate/ power slide/ drift. Being a high powered RWD.

Sorry, you must've read wrong. With a higher aero, when the car leaves the ground, the rear of the car turns down, while the nose goes straight up (due to no aero) so in decreasing the aero, I was able to minimize the effect. (When it jumps now, the rear doesn't tilt back as far.) Only problem with that is that its got poorer handling overall now.

It's a compromise you're going to have to make. Unfortunately, this undesirable trait is evident on quite a few tracks and it worse in cars that have no front aero at all. In your position, I would look at running the car with the least rear aero that I could bear and as the Doc suggested, lift off to remain in contact with the track. Running as much front aero as you can will help keep the nose down, but be aware that an large imbalance between front and rear aero may cause the car to behave in a snappy way when when you lift off the gas. I know at least one person who suffered with this, when trying to run max front and min rear aero 👍

If your restricting to PP you could always add front ballast. I think you just typed it differently. I try to level my ride height, for race cars as such. I also start with the lowest aero and work my way up. Aero doesnt have to be level. I usually run more front DF then rear on race cars for better turn in. I will see if I have and try a tune

A half hour later this is what I came up with. At first i restricted to 600PP. The car felt good but with out any adjustable front downforce on a car with this much power it wouldn't turn. So I limited to 550PP. I tested on Nurburg.

Option Stream Z '04 550PP (Mine had 0 miles so it's still in break in)

560HP @ 5900RPM's
525 ft-lbs @ 5600RPM
1512kg

Aero 0/5
Ballast 72KG @ +50 position

Power Limiter 75.9% (yours may be different if broken in)

Default Turbo

Adjustable Top Speed 217MPH

LSD 5/30/5 (Top to bottom)

Ride Height -28 -28
Springs 11.5 11.5
Dampers 6 6
5 5
Anti Roll Bars 5 5

Camber 1.0 0.2
Toe 0.00 0.00

Wait, whut..?!?! This car has no adjustable front downforce..?? Whose crazy ass idea was that?? No wonder it likes to stick it's nose in the air..!!

OP, you're just going to have to make do with running minimum rear downforce, otherwise this thing is going to be pointing at the sun every time the front wheels leave the ground. Shoddy coding by PDiddy, unfortunately, I hate the aero modelling in this game...
