It was supposed to say 'Time Trials only, gold on Licenses gives you more cars' Getting all firsts on Time Trials gives you the Panoz GT1 racecar.

whitez Messages 4,508 Feb 2, 2002 #8 it is 0.234% each race. SO when you complete all of the Time Trials then you get roughly 2%
