Stupid Whoppee and Securicar`

anybody have any suggestions to get these cars???? excluding the fire truck and vigilante missions.

like time of day and stuff people have noticed these cars, and specific locations.

the only way i was able to get a whooppee was to do a couple fire truck missions. I forget about the securicar.

Mr. Whoopee - Shoreside Vale in Cedar Grove by the up-scale homes during late evening to night.

Securicar - North of the stadium on Staunton at night.

The only way I got the Mr whopee was by doing firetruck missions. The Securicars are most common in Staunton island, but it'll take a while for you to find one, then suddenly you'll see 10 or so at once. It always happens......

something i noticed
i was doing the shoreside vale garage and the last one was stretch, well i went driving for an hour trying to find the stupid limo and no luck. so i went and jacked an infernus, saw like 10 limos after that. so i'm thinking, when you're in a high class car, you see more high class cars. because not only did i see more infernus's but i saw cheetahs and the viper and stinger's. could just be coincidents but thought it was pretty nifty.

and i was in shoreside vale where classy cars are common. but i thought it was worth mentioning.

The only way i could find a mr whoopee van was through the vigilante missions. The thing is to stop the car without damaging it too much, yet still kill the driver.

the securicar i got from completing "the decoy" mission for donald love. just have to be careful getting it across 3 islands once youv'e had the LC cops smashing it up.

I got mr whoppee with out a mission. I was just driving and i yoinked him up. Cant drive it now though i got it stuck in my first garage and cant get him out.
