I think they are talking about a sub-forum for discussions between racing groups. The racing groups normally compete internationally and use several different websites. They aren't saying for GT5, just about the racing groups. I guess that's the best way I can explain.

That would be the case...but I DO NOT want anybody to think we are coming in trying to stink up the place (if you know what I mean!) We are an organized team that have teams in place for other racing games. We are adding GT5 into our stable of teams and there is no better place than here to be when considering that.
