Why do you all love the idea of low grip tires?

And with all that love for wheel spin, how come so many people used tcs in the vertigo at cote week?

Low Grip tires provide alot of fun:D
About the Vertigo, I used TCS because we were trying to get the maximum out of what we allowed to do. As will people with low grip tires. Just that TCS won't do much good on sims;)

Well you said it's not too early to come up with suggestions for next week so I'll take you up on that. How about an FF car of some sort on Laguna Seca?
 
I just kidding about the super speedway race :lol:. I just wanted to see what people reaction would be once they realized they would be driving in circles :wink: I was thinkin about something in a lower powered car next week?

Edit: In arcade mod too, just see who can get the cleanest run.
 
I still like my idea of a fully-tuned Xsara at ssr5 wet.

Those Jaguars should get at least one use, too; DFR maybe?

Mini at Deep Forest sounds nice; I've given up on trying to control the cobra; my DS2 died and my original PSOne controller isn't pressure-sensitive. :( Oh well, I'm hoping that maybe in a couple weeks we can get a really fast car (like, GT-One fast) somewhere (I would laugh if it were the test-track) where they can show their stuff.
 
I wanna do something for test track just to see how we can tune cars to get the most speed possible in a straight line. Kent, in a few weeks can we do a LeMans car at Test Coarse or something? (No wheelie tricks of course;))
 
If its gonna be a Mini, make it a stock one then...

I'd rather jump in a steaming vat of tar than do anything on test course that isn't related to getting 100%.
 
Test Course is the crappest of all crap ideas in the crappy history of crap.

But Super Speedway might be a laugh.
 
Well I appreciate the suggestions everyone, but I have a great idea for next week that I am sure everyone will love. 👍

Regarding the test course,

I doubt we will see any test course runs.
Maybe a super speedway run, but even then it's pushing it.

How about you guys give me some suggestions regarding the type of track we run.

Not specific tracks, but more like "highly technical," or "high speed turns."

You know, something to describe the characteristics of the track.

Looking forward to hearing from all of you. :D
 
We had a Super Speedway run in the GTLeague at GT.de - and it's a lot more fun than you'd think. Imagine how little time there is to gain or lose there - throw in 30 drivers and you've got one hell of a mixed up field... :D

Plus, at only 20-30s a lap...

Minis are a cracking idea - although I'm quite partial to stock/arcade car runs.

anything from 1 - 5 laps in any Arcade Rally Car sounds cool :sly: I think Mich will agree ;)
 
How 'bout we make way for the xj220 and lister on DFR and put the Mini on....the Test Course.
