I all of a sudden got a hankering for a Super Nintendo so that I could play Super Mario Kart and Rock 'n Roll Racing. What would be a good place to buy a SNES? Amazon, ebay, or what?

Consoles and packages are readily and cheaply available on ebay. Try to go for one that has original Nintendo pads, and don’t worry too much about the RF/aerial cable, as Cube/N64 AV leads are compatible with the SNES. I sold one a week back in anticipation of the virtual console for Wii. Enjoy MK in Mode 7... :dopey:

Gosh, I hope mine never busts. If you end up getting one, let me know what the going rate for SNES are these days.

Emulator and Roms...Yay! Nintendo Wii...Yay!

omg Battletoads, I could NEVER EVER EVER get past that 3rd level the the freakin' jet ski thing I have to make like 5 consistent jumps in a row...wtf nearly impossible...so naturally I got really good at the first few levels....lol. A co-worker says he did it and it wasn't too hard.....I kinda doubt it.

I think Nintendo needs to pull their head out of their @$$ and make another good Double Dragon game too, the one for SNES was totally great imo I still play it today and was hoping they would have one for N64.....nope....GC?....uhh...nope head is still where the sun don't shine. So MAYBE for the Wii they will make a great version of the game 👍

Battletoads on the NES was crazy hard.

I've got every nintendo console from the NES to the cube... except the DS and the Virtual boy thinger that never sold really.

Super Metriod = best game ever. The end. 50 Minutes to beat it.
