mmm car height is dropped all of the way down.....
as for the camber, to me it doesn't seem to make any difference in lap times just tire wear:crazy:

My ride height is 0-0, and I've found that very conservative camber settings work best (to me that's true on most 4wd cars). The car handles excellent on medium tires. If you are on tonight we can run some laps and I'll share the setup I'm using if it will help. I'm just going to run the same setup in all 3 races, I'm just setting up the car for each track on a different settings sheet with no difference except for tranny settings.

Sorry Scorp, I'm still fighting a cold and went to bed early last night. I was kidding about the setup, that's why I had "maybe" at the end.
 
Racers; I'll open my lounge at 9pm eastern for practice. I'll open the public lobby at 9:30pm. I'm opening the public based on the number of guys we have in my lounge. If your not going to make the first race but want to race in the other events please let me know here on the thread or pm me, so I can save you a spot.

Reminder, we will do the normal qualifying for the first race then have reverse grid for the next two. All races will have a pace lap. There is a mandatory pit stop required. RACE 2; there will be no passing until after the first chicane.

I still have my copy and I bought the special pack to get all DLC for free. But I think there is an inch of dust on it.

I wish GT5 would take a lesson of two from turn 10. I'm still amazed that Forza can release DLC monthly and it's all new cars.
 
Good racing last night guys. That format was a lot of fun and I think it worked out pretty well for a quick thrown together deal. Thanks to all who raced.

Well that says something for GT. I have hopes we will get somethin' special this coming dlc, which I'm expecting an announcement anytime soon because it's getting close to that two month interval.

Ya I still had fun , pace lap at Fuji was hilarious, need to watch the wreck from first race , find out who caused that big wreck ! It was me I'm afraid lol, I hit that slippery rumble strip on the last corner and slid on front of everyone following. Guess its back to Laguna

I was cracking at Fuji during the pace lap. What did you Juan Pablo Mike? I Juan Pablo'ed the pit wall at Fuji hardcore. Then my wife needed me to open the door because she had baby in arms. That's the last time I lock the door during a race.

No kidding. A few laps before that I overshot turn 1 because I was looking at the timer to see what the gap was between us.
 
I thought I saw the finish line coming so I cranked the wheel and pulled the e brake , I was to early , so dumb lol .
 
Anyone want to do some nascar sprints at daytona this weekend ?
 
First 2 races I was running around at 613HP. On Fuji, I was coming into the pits, at least tried to, had zero tread life, went to brake and skid right by the pit entrance.
 
The battery in my headset died on the first lap of fugi. I couldn't hear anything so I drove around by myself. Anytime I got near someone I gave them a lot of room to avoid being blamed for anything. Not very gratifying.

The incident at Monza was not your fault. Scorpion entered the turn wide left and then cut back to the inside and hit you. You and Dangit had the clear inside line.

Just race your race. It will become clear what you can pull off and what you can't depending on who your dealing with. Heck, look at my pace lap etiquette.
 
And whatever paybacks need to be dealt out can come when points will be on the line. Very exciting.
