lol nope. I just hate all american cars, because most of them are pure $%&

I have to disagree. Give me a well tuned Viper or Vette any day. Nothing beats the feel and sound of an American Muscle car.

Jt, rash scorp, logan and everybody else, you guys are very much appreciated. And yes I have had a few to drink an no! I don't care lol

Cheers. Now I have to get a beer.

But then you realize its american, and any sort of aero wont fix it being a terrible car.

That used to be true , but everyone has upped there game, first ford, then gm , now even dodge with some help from fiat group are putting out cars that will put boring bars of soap from germany in there place ... An Audi r8 is still better than a vette but American cars are not terrible .

I don't know. Where is an American Leaf?

I'll take the other Chevy. I know Envy has the pick before me but I have a feeling he will take the BMW.

That Camaro is quick and easy to drive..... Decisions, decisions... I wouldn't want to disappoint anyone..... I'll take the M3. Blue chrome with black chrome wheels.

Beemer it is! So that means jt takes chevy and our prediction of chevys going first was only partly wrong.

And my pick...

Still thinking, final decision coming Monday night.

Keeping the suspense going!

Have you had a chance to test any of the remaining cars? I'm really interested in what everybody is thinking

My preference is leaning towards: Nissan (power/weight ratio), BMW (it's a M3!!) or Alfa (bat sh,t crazy and I like the way it sounds)

Welp since it seems I will not get to chose what car I want, Ill be practicing driving my LMPs.

I'm pretty sure you hold a lot of power in your hands. If you go with the M3 then it's completely off the board. My original prediction was Chevy going out first and then BMW. The Alfa though is a wild card. The car is FAST. It will reward a good driver with great lap times, is probably one of the sexier cars of the field and does sound fantastic. The Z car has tons of potential and a full aero kit. Not to mention the slight Nissan bias GT5 seems to have.

If I were choosing in your spot I would definitely take a long time to figure it out.

Sorry BK, red robin was heads, you were tails and it came up heads. I hope this doesn't sour your involvement in this series. What scares me is that no matter what car you're in, it's sure to be atop many podiums this season!

Oh yeah...... team name: Litter Box Jewel Racing.

Off topic but... was getting very burned out and seriously thinking of getting out of GT5. Maybe just wait for Project Cars after watching the in car videos.

Then bored this weekend I ran some Seasonals/Arcade in cockpit view with all HUD off. Wow!
I always have driven bumper view with almost all HUD on. I couldn't stop playing. Just provides a completely immersive experience without seeing any information cluttering the screen. It's just pure visuals and sound.

Made some long races in Arcade on Nurb/Night Day. Amazing, just got lost in the moment-not concerned with lap times or position. Never knew how I finished until the end. Used the old Premium Merc on comfort softs. The Camaro SS and ChallengerSRT with some exhaust mods are freakin' incredible in full HUD off cockpit mode too!

Anyway, sorry for the off topic but it's been a long time since I've felt this thrilled with GT5.

Glad to hear you're getting back into it!

I've tried cockpit view before. I seemed to be a little quicker with it but never ran races in it because of the limited view. I'll give it a shot the next time I'm online.

Agree, i love running offline races in cockpit view with all hud info turned off. I'm much slower, but it feels much more realistic. At times i wish GT would force cockpit view. Kind of how iRacing does.

I wish we could force that view as well.

I'm much slower in cockpit view, but the truth is whenever I have friends or family over and I want to showoff my stuff, I always have them sit in my racing chair and play GT5 in cockpit view. They are always blown away. Especially when I show them the rearview of a Scuderia and see the motor!

I wouldn't mind racing in a iracing/project cars series that was all cockpit view every now and then.

Also, glad you're not getting to burnt out ncr!
