Side note: until I replace my headset, I can hear, I might not be able to be heard though. I'm assuming my mic was not broadcasting because I didn't hear responses back several times. Maybe there were bandwidth issues last Sunday, network or server level issues. Not sure. Anyone have any headset recommendations? Something that holds more than a 15 minute charge.

I can't recommend one but I can advise you NOT to buy Turtle Beach. Their customer support is the worst I have ever come across and the product is not worth the money either
 
Anyone who wants a guaranteed entry for the season has to post here unless they have done so already. If you do so your slot in the room on race day will be held open until 10 minutes before Qualifying. At that point reserves will be used to fill the grid.

If you enter a race as a reserve in room 1 your place will be held until 10 minutes also.

We have 12 entries so far. There are 4 left. First come first serve until we hit 16. At that point entries are reserves. Reserves will go into room 2. Rooms will be combined when we hit 20 or more.

I’m curious, will Brands be a timed race set for a 90 minute duration or will it be set for a specific number of laps based upon GR 2, and if so, how many laps? And what is the lap time it’s based upon?
I’m trying to figure out my strategy.
 
New poll which shows up on top of each page. The Miata race would follow all of our normal rules. BOP and no tuning. Since we will use these car alot it might be a good idea to make liveries or discover liveries for them:gtpflag:

Unless we have a long “special “ event like @ZOPPO GT ’s classic lemans, we will always feature a “stint” race ( a race that is longer than a Gr3 stint in an endurance race) so that drivers can work on their strategies and practice under race conditions.

I have a Room up. I just finished Zoppo’s league race . I recommend it highly. We had a group of G3 cars, GT40s, Cobra Coupe and even a GT IV.,45 laps. I used the Subaru and loved it. Room open at Brands.

Hey guys, I recently moved to a new city, and thus a new appartment. Exciting of course, but I don't have internet yet and by the looks of it I won't have internet for the next coupleo weeks. So I am not sure yet if I can participate in the Brands Hatch race. I will sign up if I do get my internet connection before the race starts, however don't count on me for now.

I was at this race....COLD,DIRTY, AND LOUD. AWESOME!

OK it appears by the poll to date that we will have a one hour race at Brands this Sunday. We will use the Miata Touring car using N200 BOP and any tires you want. All our normal rules apply. We will use a number of Host techniques to start races so be patient. Better to FU now than next month. Room opens at Noon and we may do some short races as we get enough drivers.

Edit: After the Miata we will do a 26 lap Stint race. Could someone do a stint in a G2 car so we can fix the laps for the monthly race.

i apologize for my absences, highschool is really beating on me right now! can anyone give me a recap of what happened this week? any races on sunday?
 
Room opens at Noon. There will be a one hour Mazda Miata Touring car race at Brands, followed by a 26 lap stint practice race. All rules from series apply.

No need to adjust the BOP on that car in my opinion , its a great car as it is , especially with Racing Hard tires , had some amazingly great and close races when it was at suzuka in the daily races
