When you lower the suspension values in the settings sheet, does it visually lower the car to the ground? I was curious to know :boggled:

I think it does actually cuz I've noticed on my drag car the fronts lowered and the backs way up do I believe so

It does. The way to see is raise the car up and then got to photomode or gt auto and take a look at the gap in between the tire and the wheel arch. Now go back into setting and change the settings to the lowest, go back to photomode or gt auto and you will see a difference, cheers

Thank you kind sir ! I was curious, me growing up with need for speed , the lower, the better

Put VW Samba Bus at -75 and +135 suspension and tell me there's no visual difference. There is. A lot.

You can check this just in the tuning mode for each car. Raise the front or rear to max and the other end to min and even the visual of the car changes in the little tuning image.

Confirmed.

Not always true in GT5.

Oh Of course , I'm no tuner , photomode is my place around here :sly:

Not only does adjusting the suspension visibly change the height of the car, but installing any upgraded suspension visibly lowers the car as well (even when the two adjustable ones have the ride height set to "0").

Yeah, you can even see cambered wheels if it's extreme enough. I remember way back when for the seasonal event lotus elise challenge around Tsukuba, my friend was doing some weird suspension tuning and I could see his elise slammed to the ground and the wheels were clearly cambered.
