O_O So what did you do to that car to make it as fast as those prototype race cars(other than adding a rear wing)? Given the fact about the type of car it is, I'm pretty impressed! Also, would Matt Maladin(AMA Superbike racer) give this car a try?

This has me thinking of taking a few favorites of mine out on this track for a test drive sometime.

Really? The Suzuki GSX-R/4 is notoriously famous for its amazing power and little weight. In fact, one of AngerlCreator's earliest threads is about how he beat the Nissan R92CP Race Car with it.

2'20.760 - -Diego - Nissan Skyline GT-R M-Spec Nür '02 - S2 -- Despite being the fastest time I've submitted today, it wasn't much fun driving it. Even with the -10% weight it's a freakin' boat, at 1422 kilos or so.
2'22.765 - -Diego - Nissan Fairlady Z ST Option Wheel '02 - S2 -- Absolute dream to drive... handles great and responds well to pressure.

Suzuki GSX-R/4 - that is what suzuki call there sports bike is it not??? weird they would give the name to some sort of crazy car like that aswell. i could be totally off here.

ima take the sauber c9 and the minolta toyota out today and see if some more seconds can be had from easts time. im glad he hasnt driven the fomula gt yet. quick bastard that he is. anyone else wanna have a crack???

Exactly... The GSX-R is the bike, the GSX-R/4 is the concept car, which shares the engine with the bike.

1'58.005 - -Diego- - Lancia Delta S4 Rally Car '85 - R3 - Updated -- I knew I could get a better time here. I was actually aiming at something like 1'58.8xx, but this time was awesome.

Beat me by .662 Diego, nice. Too bad I restrict myself to only running Japanese vehicles (to me, running European or American vehicles on a purely Japanese track is sacreligious). Looks like I'm going to have to take off another second then. 👍

Probably because it's one of the easiest (racing) cars to drive in GT4. 👍

There is still a bit more time to get with this car but I grew tired of running off into the turn 1 gravel trap, so this time will do for now.

I have to say, all in all, I enjoy driving the cars with the -10% weight more than normal, especially because it feels like the car handles a bit more loosely, but controllable. And they're faster. I mean, it seems they're giving all they've got.

You should give it a try, once you get used to the insane braking distance its quite a fun car to drive.

I had a go at it in the UKGTP7, had to race it around Seoul, no TCS... I just put it in sixth and floored it, always having to brake at the earliest. I think I finished 4th, but 5th and 6th were Speed 12s too.

i put in some laps with the FGT today with TCS off. was kinda embarrassed when no one else used it for pretty much anything. got consistent 1'28's and my best was a 1'28.048. shame i couldnt get it under the time of my TCS time. so now my time will always have tcs on it. dangit, untill next time.
also ran that speed 12, that is the single worst car i have ever driven in the game, how in the hell u got a 2.05 with it is downright outrageous. u truly are fast east. and with tcs off its just plain stupid.

Yes I do, but I have it for the 360. And I have to say it's alot of fun.

would u count cars with tcs on diff from cars with tcs off??? maybe u can have two cars of the same type on the same leader board if one has tcs on and the other has it off??? hmmmm?

Both with and without would be on the same leaderboard, just the one with TCS will have the "TCS ON" lettering beside it.
