Just wanted to share my findings with everyone. Took both cars to Suzuka Circuit, no oil changes. Only modification was the addition of SH tires. That's it.
Specs taken from the garage after purchase:

63 hp / 6,500 rpm
76 ft-lb / 3,500 rpm
690 kg / 339 pp
'91
62 hp / 6,500 rpm
63 ft-lb / 4,000 rpm
700 kg / 326 pp
By numbers alone, the '95 has this in the bag. Let's find out by how much...
So there you have it. A whopping 2 seconds between the two at Suzuka. That's actually quite a big chunk of time.
In 2 years, the Cappuccino will be legal to import into the USA. I'd love to own a '91 with the '95 engine!
