I'll make a pre-season race for tomorrow.
 
I will be there tomorrow for the race. Sundays at noon (eastern time) will work great for me.

We would be around 6-7 PM GMT on Fridays, anytime from 3PM onwards on Saturday and Sunday. All times GMT. Im flexible on time.
Mattymc I'm not choosing for you. Choose if your a racer or a pace car driver.
 
Sweet Im up for late night racing on Fridays, Saturday afternoons or evenings, or Sunday evenings after 8pm est.
 
I just ran some practice laps on Eiger Nordwand and my fastest lap so far was a 1:15.175. Very fun track for the Suzuki Swift!

Are you restricting tires for this, it would keep people closer tuning wise, but at least restrict it to racing or sports tires only

I will not be able to make this race, because I work 9:30 to 1, I also have church Sunday 10 to noon and 6 to 7.

Tires are unrestricted. Sorry aceboy but I can't change time this late notice. My fault for announcing so late really. It won't happen again once we get a day for the race. Also I'm thinking that Friday won't be a possibility for anyone outside of Europe. I think everyones best to vote for Saturday or Sunday.

Lobby opens at 5. Times are wiped and we start qualifying at 10 past for 10 minutes which is about 7 laps to get your best time.

Well I'm sorry but we had power-failiure in the whole neighbourhood a couiple of hours. :grumpy:
Still interested though, so I hope to race with you next time.
 
Only 4 came. Dannyiv had server problems and zeeco_9 couldn't get in. Some fun racing though.
 
I'm not sure if I can make next week. The poll result is Sunday. Shall we do 7 PM GMT? I will probably make that time but I will need a back-up host just in case. Also should we start the series or have another pre-season race? If we start the season it will be 49 laps of High Speed Ring. If we do pre-season it will be 25 laps of High Speed Ring.

Wow I just checked and the final race will be 80 laps of Eiger. I really hope we have a full grid for that or else I'll be bored out of my brains.:lol:
 
I say run another pre-season race, just to give it more time to gain interest, and hopefully that will allow us to see what all of the competitors have got.
 
Yeah I'll run another pre-season race. I was swinging to towards that as well. I'll put up details in a bit.
 
I'll post this weeks event in this thread and make a new thread for our first race of the season.
 
Got bored, so I decided to run the 25 lapper at High Speed Ring, and did it in exactly 35 minutes and 56 seconds.
Lost a quarter of a tank of fuel during the entire race, but still made a pit stop to change tires, doubt I would have been able to make it all the way without pitting for tires.
I believe my fastest lap was around 1:23.600(lap 23), but I ran 1:24.500's through the entire race.

New people added and race results with times are up.
Also aceboy, you won't go that fast online in the same conditions. Physics are different and are slightly more oversteery.
