I just purchased a thrustmaster t500rs and I'm having issues with my peddles, the clutch is my gas and the gas isn't doing anything and yes I have all the software downloaded and updated! please help

Your peddles are probably just reversed. Try pressing the mode button on the bottom left of the base, the light should change colour, then you should be good to go.
