Taking a backfire photo

Hello everybody,
How can I take a photo while there is a backfire of my car?
it's too difficult cause it's too quick!!

the car shoots fire when it's braking hard. Each time it downshifts you'll gets some flames. So when you know what the braking zone is be ready and hit select, you'll need some luck.

watch the replay and learn where a backfire is
before the backfire, hit select to pause
now rapidly double-tap select to quickly unpause then pause the game again

it does take some trying, but you'll get it after a few goes

it's easier on a car with one exhaust, on my fc rx7 both the exhaust flames come out and ever-so-slightly different times. i guess it has one pipe per rotor? cool effect

Every one here has good advice, when you first try itll seem difficult, doesn't take me that long to catch some backfire.
