TCS issue in BoP

Don’t know if anyone else has noticed but since the last update, occasionally the sport mode races will have you starting with TCS at 3 even if your settings are set to 0.

I have had this happen 2/3 times in the last week where I start daily race c or something and instead of my TCS being at 0 it’s at 3

I found throughout the whole game, whenever you restart a lap the setting will revert to whatever is on the setting sheet for the car; ONLY for setting displayed on your MFD i.e. if you have manually changed TCS or BB via the MFD and leave that setting (TCS/BB) displayed on your screen, when you restart the race the setting will change back to what's in the setting sheet of the car, rather than retain your changed setting.

So after selecting my preferred TCS or BB, I rotate the MFD to radar, and then when I restart the lap the setting will remain as I have chosen.

Even in GTS, at the start of every Sport mode race, TCS & BB usually resets to the settings sheet, so you have to scroll through really quickly and fix it in the 3 second countdown. It's pretty frustrating. I've found that if you go out on track for the warm up and change the settings, it retains at least the BB so only TCS needs to be checked in the 3 seconds before the race.

Maybe someone can explain to us how it's supposed to work?

This bug has been around for quite some time, at least 3 months or so.

yeah this is had been around since the start I think.

Basically if you do not warm up or come from the TT you will start with TCS on three, no big deal most of the time you just set it where you want it, and go with your day.
The real issue is in race where TC is off, and you are unable to turn it off or lessen it when the race starts. Like the Daily As in rally cars at Lago, and Miatas at Tsukuba. Since you could not adjust the TCS in the race you couldnt turn it off, so if we do more races like that and you want it off make sure you "warm-up" or go right from TT before the race.

Conversely if you want the TCS on 3 in the race just purposely do not warm up or TT into the race and your TSC would be at three.
