I don't know what version you are playing, but in the PS3 you press select and go to map. Then, using L1 and R1 you select what kind of places the map shows. Your bought home(s) is shown as red litle house on the map.
I found out how ....go to the map and go on single player challenges or something....then press filter (square I think), and make it so only the house will show up. A little orange symbol will appear. Hope it works.
