Even when there driving at 1MPH all the way up to 5MPH, there still a danger on the road, but if we stop letting old people drive in the world, we could see the same thing happening, like what happened on South Park.

Am I the only one worried that in the highway code (look away for non-Brits) one of the rules is to be more aware of older drivers as they might not have as good reactions.

It's probably because you see the title, and as you click the thread, you've got this rough image of a horrible, bloody wreck. And by having to click another link, it gives you some more time to really expect that. And then you see the picture.
