Right now, Im headed there. Just teleport to the dealer nearby with the Pontiacs, then drive to the track from there. Its the quickest way
 
I'm about to hop online now guys, can't be on the computer at the same time as the PS2...I'll be at the racetrack entrance. Hope to see some of you guys there.

hey i wasnt trying :lol: i thought it was only a drag race down the straight.
had a good cruise with nd4spd and thought for a moment i was keeping up then i think he found the X button :lol: managed 205 out of a stock gallardo trying to keep up!

EDIT: Be right back, going to buy a viper, if I can afford it.

EDIT 2: I bought it, now I migh keep up with the free stage 3 i got.
 
another video i done earlier :lol: great bit of road but gallardo needs a parachute and an anchor to help it stop


had the camera on when cruising with nd4spd earlier so well try and get something up tomorrow when i get home from college.

Woo, I just got an orange McLaren!

Promptly took it up to 220 without even realizing it. It's great. :D

Does anyone know a good place for a top speed run? The ones I found are all too short or twisty...
 
^ u want to go for a top speed run? I know this part of the highway that is SICK for top speed:)

Haha, that was fun. I just wanted to match your speed but it was so hard not to use 100% throttle in the CCR! That was hilarious when you won the instant challenged cause you jumped the track to the next road!:lol:
 
get onto the MAIN highway that is by the water at the middle of the island. Head west till you get to more desert type terrain. It gets really straight and you can go for some sick runs:)
 
Or you could go up by Dinkle Airfield as just after the straight there is a huge one lasts about 3/4 miles perfect for top speed runs. That is unless you crash (jacoja07). Here is a map to show where I am on about...... The actual road is perfectly straight but it isn't straight on the map as it is hard to draw a perfectly straight line.

Make sure you do a instant challenge down here though as usually it is packed with traffic...... me and jacoja07 managed 234mph out of a car that says it can only go 215mph.......... just by slipstreaming. What other long straight are you guys on about?
 
i'm gonna have to try that place...lets see what i can reach :D my fastest so far was about 334km/h in my murcielago :)
 
Dammit... I made a very bad mistake, and accidently overwrote my game with a new game. It's just stupid how 'Start new game' is the top option on the main menu screen. It can easily be selected if you are not paying much attention, and just want to go online (I was busy eating while I clicked it), so now I'm back with 1 poxy car, and one crap house located in whoop-whoop.
I'll buy all my cars and house(s) back again right now!

I still have 'Mr_Mayhem' as my online account though, so not all was lost :).
 
i just topped out 376km/h ~ 235mp/h in single player on the beach road in my silver McLaren F1 stock. i have to say that car is very smooth to drive, very quick and great handling. I took it up the mountains as well and with TCS off its just so much fun to drift with. LOTS OF POWER :D

i'm just uploading the video of my top speed run at you tube. will post it as soon as its done :)

Ok guys, just took my mclaren to the tuning and took stage 3 and topped out 408km/h~255 mp/h.

I got manage to take a pic at 401km/h~250mp/h

I got my stock CC8S upto 237 there after removing my traffic file
 
Heres my update from today.

I did the Striped Car Club with the viper, and won the Shelby Cobra concept thing. So I sold the Viper and Cobra, and I bought a Jaguar XJ220 and a 8 car garage house. Now I have 447,590 left and I'm saving up for a Koenigsegg or a McLaren.

Plus I see you online right now ND4SPD, but your name is Xd out...


EDIT: I just did some top speed runs, and I hit 234 MPH in my stage 3 XJ220.

EDIT 2: I did some highway races with a Gallardo coupe, and killed him =D
