Jeez. I still might get the F1LM in order to be a bit different. I've always loved those cars, and it seems anytime I see someone with an A-class car, 9 outta 10 times its a CCR... Plus it looks damn good in orange.


EDIT: BTW, DJ I just got your friend invite, so if you wanna meet somewhere (probably after next monday - I'm going outta town this weekend), we can. It seems the mansion at the top of diamond head is a popular meeting place (evreytime I drive outta my house, theres 3 or 4 cars sitting there lol.
 
Yeah, I've driven the saleen. Its not that good, IMO. But can you win one in the supercars race? I'm doing that race with a rented S7, so that'd be nice to get an S7 for $20k (plus the $100k prize per race) or so lol.

anybody have a 100% complete game save i could have?

I'm only renting it from blockbuster and don't feel like having to go through the whole game, lol :D
 
let me rephrase that then, i don't really want to do anything but just drive around the map and maybe go online.

Anyway, I bit the bullet tonight so now you can see me driving around in my shiny orange McLaren F1 LM!!! Its fast, really fast. Outcorners the CCR by a longshot, and can hold its own against the CCR on the straights.


Anyone know why there's no veyron? Its not like they dont have any Audi/VW cars...

maybe BMW didnt give them the license to build cars for TDU... who knows. I dont really mind because i dont like them...luckly me, they got some nice mercedes benz rides :D:tup:

about the bugatti, it would have been amazing if they'd put it in the game.
 
It would OWN the other cars. Im soo sad that there are absolutely NO BMW's. If there were, i would expect the M5, M3 GTR, M6, Old M3 and M5. 👍 My favorite BMW is the new M5. :)
 
hell yeah, fortunate enough to have driven an E46 M3 and GOD!!! what power, everytime i punched it i thought the ass-end was gonna clip parked cars! lol... but SMG is crap as, first time in it was like the first time you drive a manual...bounce, bounce, oh crap!! here comes 252kw's!!!!!!!!!!!

Or he is always sitting on the side of the road, or a parking lot for hours. I think he is trying to build up online hours to get his rank up.

Ive only completed 1% of the game and only have a mustang with stage 2 performance upgrade.

so, i was bored and decided i wanted to go somewhere far, i looked and found the zonda dealership. a 16.6mi drive from my house and i was there ( at a pretty slow pace compared to what you guys are probably going, i hover between 100-160 )

from there i was still bored, so i decided i wanted to go to the Lamborghini dealership. Another long drive, 24mi, and im there. I'm about to test drive a Lamborghini, then off to another far place.

EDIT: The Lamborghini miura p400sv is absolute sex. Its sounds great and drifts very well. not that that is a good quality but i like drifting.

one more thing, what are the points at the top for?

EDIT 2: i just drove another 26mi to some 10,000,000 house way up in the middle of nowhere. my gps has set a destination that is 42.5mi away, lets see where it takes me.

and i HATE cops. im losing all my money because some jerk will come out of nowhere or slam on their brakes and ill nail them, i have gotten away a few times though.
 
Thats what i did. When i bought my Mustang, i went for a huge cruise; all around the border of the island. In the long run, it helps cause mid-way into the game, you dont need to waste time driving everywhere.

HEHE, that'd be it. I'm top 40 right now. Just wanna see how high I can get. I'll get on in an hour or so (for real) so if anyone wants to meet me somewhere, we can race.

Oh no, I had to reset my saved game again two minutes ago. This time it was because of corrupt data :( . So everyone, if you want to keep your files save, I recommend that you turn Autosave off.

Damn, thats really annoying... I just finished winning and buying so may great cars last night.
Edit: And earnt over 2 million master points... again 👎
 
That really sucks man, do you have a backup?

I've never used a backup file for my games, but thats a good idea. I'll definetly create one this time :)

Those are the master point you earn from winning races and driving. The more points you earn, the higher the rank you are. There are 4 or so stages/ranks; Rookie, Intermediate, Pro, and Master... you will win a car for each stage you complete.
Also, if you go online and look at the map, each user driving around will have a number of stars (out of five) above their position. That will indicate how many master points they have 👍
 
you should just go out and buy a 16mb memory card, then keep a backup. I always have a backup gt4, because it crapped out on me once and i lost all my drift cars.

Thanks for telling me, how many points is it until im not a rookie, or do i have to do races to earn the rank also.
