Well, the TGS 2011 is in about 3 weeks, and I was thinking, with PD revealing more of their "plans"... do you think we may see some news there? Maybe Spec II?

Honestly I predict nothing. Honestly.

They won't show up, besides Kaz is too busy modeling the latest Kei cars for GT6  :(

You know what's sad? That you might be entirely true
And you know what's even sadder? That there actually are people who prefer a bloody Nissan Altima or a Suzuki Crapuccino over a premium Le Mans racer.

Tourist trophy HD integrated in GT5 as C-spec. Well, one can dream.

 I swear nothing major will ever be added to GT5 its all total wishful thinking, it took them so long to even release what they released anything they do from now on will likely go into the next one because other wise it will also look half finished.

Personally I am hoping they announce GT Vita as a PSVita launch title and that GT6 will release in 2013.

Something is telling me not to hold my breath though. :(

Not big on thread hi-jacking threads but

I think you'll find a lot of people, like me, prefer driving these cars over le mans and super cars.

I find much more satisfaction driving road cars on the limit than driving purpose race cars.

Also online is better when everyone is in a road car and not just smashing it in the lead for all the race

Kaz's ****ed up priorities are specifically meant to make those people happy. :-|

Exactly my thoughts.

Oh, you mean the people that have been with the series from the beginning, when most of the game was spent in street cars and there were only a dozen or so purpose-built race cars even in the game? Yeah, let's ignore the series longtime fans.

This. I remember being stoked to own the Supra and Corvette Gran Sport in GT1. There's something much more satisfying about driving a car you could actually drive on the street fast. That said, I love the race cars too!

Nothing!

What company adds stuff to a console game a year later?

PD

GT5:P Spec II and also III. May the trend continue and hopefully still for free 👍.

Nothing for the next three years!

If they announce a few DLC packs, and C-Spec, it'll be dreaming. If they announce nothing (or barely anything), it'll be reality. Unfortunately.

I buy GT5 not to drive some crap like the kei car which most of us can easily buy in real life.

Not a cockle.

Using a game conference to announce DLC is a bit elitist IMHO.

Do not get hopes up for anything at TGS.

I would love to be proved wrong though.

They shouldn't have a full 10 minutes or something, but a small mention of DLC happens a lot.

Unless it's a "Spec II" update which is a huge deal, I wouldn't expect anything more than a tweet and an update on the website... maybe a post on the PS Blog if there's content.

If PD didnt announce they were going to TGS why would you expect them to announce something at TGS ?
I dont expect anything because they didnt say anything about TGS.
If they do then I would expect something
