Wonder when we will stop seeing these posts about standard cars, GT7? Can we expect GT7 to have the same catalogue of cars all in premium guise?
GT7 will have 650-750 cars, all of which have incredible interior and exterior views.

But that's just my expectation so don't take anything from it.

Toyota Sprinter Trueno S. Shigeno
Volkswagen Golf IV R32
Chrysler 300C
Toyota Supra RZ
BMW M3 GTR
Nissan Skyline GTS-R R31

That's 150-50 less than GT6's premiums.

That sounds about right, but 650-750 unique cars? Hopefully.

1. Alfa 155 DTM '93
2. Alfa 156 V6 3.0
3. Alfa GTV
4. Jaguar XJ220
5. Merecedes 190E 2.5 Evo II
6. Lancia Delta S4

And the list could go on.

Long ago I broke it down something like this-
The 400 premiums currently in GT6
100-150 cars upgraded from standard to full premium
100-150 cars brand new to the series
30 DLC cars from GT6(obviously this part is just a guess as to how many cars total will be DLC, not including VGT)

Solid looking math/assumptions

No real order, just the six I'd like premium:

1: Toyota AE86 (preferably the Trueno but the Levin would be good as well)
2: Toyota JZA80 Supra RZ
3: Jaguar XJ220
4: Audi Quattro
5: Nissan R31 Skyline GTS-R
6: Mercedes 190E Evo II

Random order:
-Lancia delta s4 rally car
-Alfa Romeo 155 V6 Ti
-Mercedes benz clk gtr
-Nissan R92 Cp
-Chaparral 2d
-Peugeot 905 B

Opel Calibra and Formula GT are semi premium so I can leave more space to other cars.

Peugeot 905
Supra
M3 GTR
At least one RUF

Can't think of any more right now but there are at least a dozen of them.

1. '03 BMW M3 (E46) CSL
2. '02 Pagani Zonda C12S 7.3
3. '02 Subaru Impreza WRX STi (second facelift)
4. '98 Subaru Impreza 22B-STi
5. '00 Tommykaira ZZII
6. '97 Toyota Supra RZ (This shouldn't be on the list, it should already be premium, one of the most iconic cars and still a GT4 quality standard :banghead:)

Jaguar E Type
AW11 MR2
AE86 Corolla (Sprinter, preferably)
97 Supra
Lancer Evolution IX
Tommy Kaira ZZII

I think you mean the Evo VIII, the IX is already premium.

I know i'm thinking way ahead atm, but I hope that GT7 can have 100-150 cars upgraded to full premium and 100-150 cars added, boosting the car count up to a point where the standards aren't used as a placeholder for car variety

Speaking of conversions, here's my list:

  1. FGT
  2. Caterham 7
  3. Ruf RGT
  4. Chaparral 2J
  5. Audi R8 LMP
  6. Pescarolo Hybride-Judd

Notable (honorary) mentions:
  • Nissan R92CP (Premium version file exists in GT5 :grumpy:)
  • Subaru Impreza Rally Car '99 (the one that was of high-quality from GTHD :grumpy:)
  • All open cockpit LMP's (as well as Audi and Pescarolo, the BMW V12 LMR, Chrysler Prowler, Jay Leno Tank Car, etc)-an upgrade to the pixel count and sounds could achieve this 💡
  • All the Rufs (missing an interior, maybe tweak sound? 💡)
Don't even get me started on missing premiums (*cough* Zele Skyline *cough* Edge Camaro *cough* Concept by Gran Turismo) :grumpy:

How about 6 premium cars I would like to see as standards? ;)

Serioulsy though, any combination of 6 of the classic GT, LeMans and SuperGT/JGTC standards.

First 16.66% of standards made into premiums
Second 16.66% of standards made into premiums
Third 16.66% of standards made into premiums
Forth 16.66% of standards made into premiums
Fifth 16.66% of standards made into premiums
Sixth 16.66% of standards made into premiums

I think you see where I'm going with this...

I know it doesn't quite equal 100% but you try to divide 100 by 6... :p

Actually we should leave that last 16.6%, which will exclude 45 Skylines, 20 S2000's and 24 Miatas.
