It's amazing watching videos like this, but to be working on the ISS knowing that's your view out of the window, must be one of the greatest (and daunting) feelings ever experienced.

Mind you, you'd feel sick if it was going that fast.

What's even more awesome is that those are put together by regular people using photos from NASA's website.

I'm not sure.

I'm looking around a bit. Got me curious and I found a local urban exploration page with a map of the Phoenix area where they explore. :)

I will be watching the Hurdles during this Olympics :)

Amazing such good footage exists of this era. 👍

Funny you mention him....

British aristocrat Dick Seaman salutes Hitler
What happened on this day in Formula One history?

1938
A young British aristocrat racer named Dick Seaman won the German Grand Prix at the Nurburgring driving a Mercedes-Benz and watched by Adolf Hitler. The young Brit, who was given a country estate for his 20th birthday, was the first Englishman to win a major grand prix since Major Henry Segrave in 1923. On the podium he gave a Nazi salute but said afterwards: "I only wish it had been a British car." A year later, Seaman was killed when pushing too hard at Spa. Hitler sent an enormous wreath and Mercedes still tends to his grave to this day.

Oops, so where was the air force base again? :boggled:

Was he trying to mow the lawn with that thing?!

I was gonna say that they do fly lower than that.. it's called "landing".

Then I took a closer look at the video and realized he actually had the plane lower than his landing gear would allow. That's f'in crazy.

Gawd damn thats close ! Lowest i ever seen :scared:.

This isn't as amazing as it is appalling.

Flying that low is really really foolish. Makes a really cool video though. :D

Quite ashamed to hear that welsh accent on that internet troll. Infact his accent is the accent of where I'm from in wales so he probably lives fairly close to where I am! It surprising that he is so old though, I always picture trolls as being attention grabbing teenagers.
