Out of the "new" BMW series of cars the 6-series is by FAR the best looking. M5? No, the M6 is much better looking. For once I like the new Merc designs more than BMW--but nothing compairs to the 6-series and the M6. It's just too dead sexy. I'd sell most of my extra organs for the M6.

I think the new 6-Series is dead sexy, and the M6 is just don't right b!tchin.

The rear of the 6 series has to go. That whaleassed shinkle.

It's already being copied by other manufacturers...just look at the latest Toyota Avalon (a model name known for copying BMW  )

I think it's a good looking car - infact I quite like the Bangle era.

I'll leave the 1-series on the dealers lot, wouldn't mind taking a 3-series out, have no problems with the 5 (I actually quite like the 5-series), would take the 6 or the 7-series...

And it's not that I don't like the look of the 1-series, I just think it's a stupid car in general.

No problems with Bangle's design - perhaps it's because I'm not British? ;)

I find the car "average" looking in pictures, but when you see it in person, it's actualy "very nice".

theres nothing good looking about the car at all. insert puking smiley face here.

the last 6 series was a classic beauty by comparison.

I find the new 6 to be a very handsome car, downright striking in fact.

It's no Pininfarina 250 series Ferrari, but it's a very pleasing coupe with good proportions and head-turning looks. It's not a car that you miss when it rolls past unlike other coupes in its class (the Mercedes-Benzes come to mind).

I think the sideskirts have to go, but other than that looks pretty nice, ALMOST as good as the Breyton (sp?) one. True, in RL it looks a bit better than in pictures 👍

BTW, like the 6er more than the CLS 4 door coupe , because it looks sporty.....at least not that "lazy", confortable look with wood inside, automatic transmission and confort air suspension, seats that weigh over 150 kg and such.... :nervous:

This one is nice!

But I still love these ones.

It's alright, but this is my favourite view of it:

I'd rather have an M5.

I agree completely, though I have to admit that I didn't like the new 7er before the redesign... :) I still remember the title of the Road&Track article talking about the redesign..."Okay, okay, Bangle, you were right..." or something like that.

I like the idea of the car, but the rear doors have to go.

Bingo. ;)

@DQuan: My favorite range of BMW's is from the E12 to the E34 (all, not just the 5's)...I just happen to be one of the few people who thinks the new ones are good-looking, too...

The E24 is one of my favorites. :D

I agree. I thought it was ok looking until I went to the Dallas Autoshow 2005 and sat in one. I fell in love with it. It was sitting next to the M5 and I wanted the 6-series instead. :sly:
