Some things you can never be sure of. Times before, I've said the Corvette C6 was going to kill the C5 in terms of styling. I've thought the C5 and latest ZO6 (heard of a "ZO6" in the past, but yet to clarify) were among some of America's sexiest cars of the modern era. Even if you don't like American cars, you have to admit the C5 and ZO6 were quite eye-catching. I'm not attacking tuner car fans, but the C5 and ZO6 could make a statement without being too flashy or flamboyant. With the C6 coming out, the legacy of the Corvette will continue on, more than 50 years running. And next year, the debut of the Corvette will be on the race track as the C6R will be made to further own (or as you all say, "pwn") the competition. The basis of my argument is that at one point, I thought the latest Corvette is pretty ugly. Later on, I gained respect for it. While horsepower is more important in American car culture, I'm not really sure as to whether to judge the C6 as a lovely car or an ugly one, a successor to the C5 or a disappointment to the C5, or anything like that. I'm really unsure how to judge the C6. But I'll begin.
As I said in a thread by GTPlanet Moderator Josh, I said that the headlights could have been based on the C5R. The front grill of the C6 looks... kind of alright. I thought the C6 seemed more mean than elegant, and I never really caught on to its overall apperance. When "AutoWeek" did a segment on it, I thought the car was pretty nice. I'm still pretty confused about it as a whole.
This is one of those "I don't know" cars. You know, one where you can't tell if it's a great car or a horrible one. Or in other words, mixed. Don't stir YOUR brain, though. Reply.
