I heard that they're going to do a test in November, and if that goes well they'll probably release the patch in either December or January.

I think there's 2 main things I would wish to know about offline mode:
1. Will Summits continue or end when the patch is released?
2. Will cars and vanities earned in TC2 still be carried across to TCM (my concern is the "link" will cease to work when the TC2 game save is amended).
