The "Demonstration Community Challenge" - where we beat the update races with their intended DLC car (45/86 completed)

On top, two cars and their respective races have been confused : The Genesis VGT runs at Tokyo Expressway South ( see above ) while the Bvlgari VGT runs at Autodrome Nazionale Monza ( where it still will not be competitive ) ...

Just to clarify this: Because of this exact combination being confusing in how PD implemented them, I went with the car indicated with the opponent dialogue before the race (which talks about the Bulgari at Tokyo and the Genesis at Monza) rather than the event picture (which I think has both in both?) as the marker of "this race is for this car".

The Lightweight K-Cup at Eiger also can't be entered with a stock Carry because it requires CS tires. But even if you switch to CS and keep the car stock otherwise you're still competing with a 260PP car in a 400PP event.

Edit: I indeed found one of the remaining races that I was able to win on hard with my very limited skills😄

And there's another comment I'd like to leave here. It's a bit sad isn't it that there's so few community members contributing here. I still think it's a cool idea and I had hoped for more input variety. ... C'mon guys and gals !

Agreed! Unfortunately from my side, I've made a handful of attempts, but my sore luck dictated that the events I picked proved to be ineligible as far as PP limitations go.

Either that, or they were overly reliant on rerolling the grid to get a favourable outcome (I'm looking at you, Kangoo @ Brands Hatch).

Tbh these dialogues are close to non existent in my GT world, I hardly ever read this. And I take a bow if you've read all of them when creating the event list !

Had to do this on one of my favorite tracks. A straightforward race - no fiddling with fuel or tires. All you have to do is catch J. Serrano.
Mt. Panorama - World Touring Car 800

A very enjoyable event actually on a nicely flowing Tokyo layout. Not much of a race though as you're in front early.

For both races, there might exist one grid in a thousand that allows for a win but I'm not made ( and not willing ) to wait for it.

I really like this car! Not a fan of the track though.

I'm surprised this one in particular lasted to the second half, the Mine's is one where it just straightforwardly is faster than the regular competition in the GT-R Cup.

What an insane car, how much fun this is ! Whenever I drive her I need to squeeze out every little bit of performance to the point where I wish I was a better driver.
Circuit de St. Croix - Hypercar Parade

Feels a bit non-sensical to enter a race at Spa without rain tires. However, if it's not heavy weather but light showers a win is possible. For me it's been FM 2 - FM 3 on a no stop run with three final laps in the wet.

Two more defeats ...

Road Atlanta / American Sunday Cup 600 / Chevrolet Corvette C1 '58
Watkins Glen / Race of Turbo Sportscars / Hyundai Elantra N '23

It's these races where you can sure gain a couple positions, however, with an ever constant gap to the podium. Would have needed to find 2 - 4 seconds per lap to get in touch with the front and honestly, I didn't see that possible.

@Sir Crashalot mentioned this before and I can confirm : Both kei cars, the Suzuki Carry KC and the Honda N-ONE RS can not enter their specified events due to race regulations. It's not the PP limit, it's the required tires but basically that's the same scenario, isn't it ?

So here's the final four events I could test atm ( from those without a result yet ) since I buy all the required cars separately. Special purpose vehicles. I will now have to wait for the UCD and LCD rotation. I look at you Toyota GT-One ...

First thing this morning turned into a flop somehow. I had already bought the Opel VGT before realizing it comes with 871,44 PP. Another event that needs to be excluded - after adding 107 kg I did the run though and again, I just leave the result here. Quite an easy race btw.

Needed two attempts for the next one as I needed to build some consistency first.

I tried ten more races the past days, there's only been three however I was able to win. Will start with this ...

It's been a tough one for me, needed about a dozen attempts and wait for that grid with the slower cars starting up front.

Astonishingly the next one's been quite an easy win, didn't expect this. Fighting back didn't help L. Bonelli ...
Autodrome Lago Maggiore - European FR Challenge 550

FM 1, 5 RM / 5 RM, consistent 3.35 laps required. It's doable !
24 heures du Mans Racing Circuit - World Touring Car 900

The Japanese 4WD Challenge 600 at Red Bull Ring using the Evo III has been a close affair each and every time. No problem at all reaching the podium, never got closer than 2 seconds to the leader though. I had hoped for rain to make things a bit easier at a certain point but that didn't happen. After two hours of driving I gave up but I'm sure a better driver than me will beat this.
The very same goes for the Japanese FF Challenge 450 at Autopolis in the Civic SiR. There's not been much more than 1 second missing but after around 20 attempts I still hadn't found it.

Then there's five more races that can hardly ever ( or not at all ) be won with the specified stock car imo as these are too slow simply.
