The latest rumour that I am hearing is Kevin Magnussen to Haas, as Magnussen doesn't want to be a test and reserve driver in 2016. This actually makes a lot of sense, since although Haas is a Ferrari team, Gene Haas won't want to be totally indebted to Maranello, which is what he will be if he takes Gutierrez and Vergne.

This is my prediction for 2016
Mercedes
1. Lewis Hamilton
2. Nico Rosberg
Ferrari
1. Sebastian Vettel
2. Valtteri Bottas*
Red Bull
1. Daniel Ricciardo
2. Daniil Kvyat*
Williams
1. Jenson Button*
2. Felipe Massa
McLaren
1. Fernando Alonso
2. Stoffel Vandoorne*
Force India
1. Nico Hulkenberg*
2. Sergio Perez
Haas F1
1. Jean Eric Vergne*
2. Kevin Magnussen*
Toro Rosso
1. Max Verstappen
2. Antonio Felix Da Costa*
Sauber
1. Felipe Nasr
2. Marcus Ericsson
Lotus
1. Romain Grosjean
2. Pastor Maldonado
Marussia*
1. Will Stevens*
2. Roberto Merhi*

* denotes unconfirmed team/driver.

According to Autosport, two teams submitted entries to join the 2016 grid, but both were rejected for failing to meet the minimum requirements. Although the identities of the teams were not revealed, it's believed that ART Grand Prix was not one of the candidates.
Forza Rossa perhaps? Probably the most likely. Cypher might have been the other.

Lol no way STR would drop Sainz jnr, especially for a driver they took away from the STR fold back in 2014.

I don't see too many people moving anywhere.

He signed a contract with DS Virgin for the '15-'16 season.
In that case, my prediction is going to be dead wrong and Vergne has started to focus on an IndyCar ride.

It could have been stefan since they applied in 2014 for the 2015 spots which was the same time HAAS sent his bid in. But yeah stefan isn't around either really.
When the tender process was first announced, it was believed that Carlin had submitted a bid.

That might be but sources say Stefan also supposedly put in a bid along with Kolles through the Forza team.

EDIT: Doesn't matter F1 will only have 11 teams next year anyways (which I figured when Forza didn't come around) so people will have to hold out on '17.

September is after the Indy season, gives rahal the chance to get the Super license points if he wins the title.

But not enough time to decide on Rossi, who needs to finish in the top 2 in GP2 this year in order to qualify for a superlicence. He's currently in 3rd, 4 points behind 2nd and 2 ahead of 4th. He's got his work cut out for him if he wants to be in F1 next year.

I'm not surprised Kimi has been given another year to be honest, he hasn't been as bad as people are suggesting and some reported release clauses sounded big.(Sky said Bottas has a 9 million pound release clause)

I do expect next year to be Raikkonen's last, whatever happens.

Vandoorne and Sirotkin are too good, he won't get top 2 IMO.

I agree Raikkonen has been terribly unlucky in his second Ferrari spell. I don't think anyone else would be willing to pay his salary and he is getting on a bit.
