Since a couple of you mentioned liking the look of the corvette pics, here my first attempt at a desktop. It's not perfect (only spent a few minutes cleaning it up), but I think it came out ok. There's a lot of empty space for those like me who have a few items on the desktop;)

It might be a little dark for some.
 
Nice pics man!!! That 1st one is real sweet!!! It catches the tree's reflections real nice.
 
The desktop is a good try in my opinion, but it's a little too dark - I wouldn't have been able to tell what car it was if it didn't say Shelby GT350 down there.
 
Great pics in here. i think its my first stop. but it will not be my last for sure.
 
Nice idea, but I can see jagged edges. Even the blur is not fully masking the jagged edges.
 
I'm trying too hard now I think. I believe I'm going to take the next week off from GT4 to try and get a fresh feel again.

In my opinion these shots are impressive, love the 1st pic, good angle!! The contrast used is very good also. U are improving real fast:)
 
I like the second picture more, even though both are great!

Thanks for the comments guys. I guess me thinking I'm trying to hard is more along the lines of trying to develop my own style. Anywho, my self imposed week hiatus is down to a couple days;)

If anyone wants to give me a tip on removing the watermark in the last picture I'd really apreciate it. I guess it can be done with some careful clone stamping, but perhaps easiest would be cropping.

agreed, the chaparral shot is magnificent. the ruf shots are very well done, i really like the 2nd shot, very cool 👍

I liked the look of this one. Almost as if a track was set up in the jungle.

Not my best, but I still like them:) The last one was more experimental with overlays and a new (to me) cross processing effect in there.

My wife's car actually hasn't been on the road in a long time. We just washed it a few days ago and that's one of the pics I took. As for torque, yes it does have plenty of that:)

While I know non GT4 pics are frowned upon here in the gallery, here's another (non-photoshopped) picture of the Satellite. It's the sister car to the Roadrunner and GTX.
