Same people who said they (the first Car Pack) weren't even new cars. They still required a lot of work to produce and were made as race-ready cars. They've been fair with the pricing as of yet. IF Route X isn't a legitimate drag racing track, then I can call it the first unreasonably priced DLC pack. I can speak for some people that would have expected more than one track in a Track PACK. The way it can make up for being a lone track in a Track Pack is by being a true drag racing event...track.For about a year this site was full of people complaining that PD hadn't given us DLC. Now we are getting a steady stream of DLC and this site is full of people complaining about having to pay for the DLC. There really is no pleasing some people. I guess it's PD's fault for giving us so many cars in the first DLC pack, now if they do anything less people are going to complain that they've been ripped off somehow.
Myself, I will buy every bit of DLC that comes out just as my way of saying thank you to PD for the numerous updates they have given us to improve the game. It's not a perfect game, it never will be and they've had to make compromises to work around the limited RAM in the console. But in this day and age it's amazing to see a company stand behind and support their product so long after release and I applaud them for it. They've even given us at least 3 or 4 cars for free, how many other developers have done that?
How many developers give anything away for free? Let alone a years worth of updates. Sure, there were some slow times in between update releases, but that downtime is when most other people (not me) had their lives to live without bashing PD. I say, "not me", because I was/am here defending GT5/PD/Kaz while brushing up on my grammar/typing skills. It was win/win for me.
