The Japanese used to rely more on licensing costs here, but as they plummeted along with anime sales here, it's no longer another mashed potato, it's gravy.

But it's still stupid as 🤬. I don't care if other people use it, they shouldn't. Instead they should have learned the word "surplus" in the business classes they should have taken.
