Winter 2008-2009 Anime Preview,
Note: This thread will be updated as more information is released. If you have any new info, PM me and I'll edit it in. Series without previews means that they have not been released or uploaded as of yet. Click the ANN links for better series descriptions if they are available.
Well, where to start. This preview came out later than I originally expected (2 weeks overdue), but nonetheless it was completed without THAT much delay... :sweatingbullets: If you haven't heard by now, Crunchyroll is undergoing several changes, changes that'll affect the site and the users that log onto it everyday. Starting in Jan, 2009, CR will be hosting several anime series of which you can view the day after they release with subtitles for a nominal fee. Regular users will then be able to view them for free afterwards. What may really worry other people is what's going to happen on that same day: "Crunchyroll will stop accepting user-submitted videos and other content from individuals, and only host videos approved by copyright holders." Crunchyroll has always been a place to share one's thoughts and feelings, whether it's through the forums, chats or even the videos themselves. Although the videos may be gone, the users will still remain, and that's what truly defines Crunchyroll. I'd also like to say that this will be the last anime preview that I'll be leading.
