Oh, Sayaka is going nuts, and becoming a witch. This show should have been TVMA-V with lots of really intense gore and violence, would have worked better for Sayaka.

You know what the real question is? Madoka, Y U NO BECOME MAHOU SHOUJO OR A GOD? Damn Homura shooting Kyubey, thought it would finally happen.:(
 
I love how surreal her going insane is. At first we just get silhouette of her slashing and smashing the 🤬 out of a witch, then we see her get all mind:censored:-y and finally she turns into a witch.

Nope, it's artistic and surreal.


HAaaahhhh, Medaka Box 1 was win. It has the absurd passion of TTGL with some of the quirky writing of Bakemono. Not to mention the Kamina clone in the kendo club.

Watch Dokuro or something. that's better if you ask me.
 
Madoka is meant to be dark, psychological, and surreal. Not straightforward gory and violent.

You're absolutely out of your mind. The show isn't about violence, and even if there IS violence, it isn't violent enough to need blood splattered all over the place. You seem to be losing the entire point of the show so far from what you have been commenting each week.

But then again, we all know you're absolutely out of your mind. I wouldn't have expected anything more from you.

Anyway, I'm rewatching Nichijou at work, so I can watch the stuff I missed in the stream. But of course I started it over again. Awesome, as usual.

The streaming website Hulu posted the first episode of the Accel World television anime series with English subtitles on Friday. Hulu's webpage for the series lists the network/provider for the show as Viz Media. The series adapts Reki Kawahara's original science-fiction light novel series of the same name.

The two-cours (two-quarter or half-year) anime premiered on April 6 with the same cast as the previously revealed drama CD cast, with the addition of Shintarō Asanuma as Takumu. Masakazu Obara is directing the anime at Sunrise with CG work by Orange. Hiroyuki Yoshino is overseeing the series scripts, and Yukiko Aikei is serving as character designer and animation director.

The "future teen" story of Accel World revolves around a bullied middle school boy named Haruyuki. One autumn day in 2046, he has an encounter with Kuroyukihime, the prettiest girl in his school, that changes his life. Through a mysterious piece of software from Kuroyukihime, Haruyuki learns of the existence of the virtual "Accel World." In that moment, the lowest of the "school caste" becomes "Burst Linker," a knight defending a princess.

Update: Viz Media confirmed via press release on Friday that it is streaming the series with English subtitles on Hulu as it airs in Japan.

There goes my hopes of it ever being released physically here. If it ain't Naruto Shippuden, Bleach, or Pokemon, VIZ Media won't release it. VIZ Media, Y U NO RELEASE THINGS ANYMORE?!!!

So yeah, if anyone wants to ever own Accel World on Blu-ray or DVD, you're most likely going to have to import it.

I'm going to be watching the show soon, and I'm probably going to end up liking it. If I like something, I'm going to want to buy it.

Also you do realize there are people who still blind buy? While I don't do it much (And it wouldn't happen with this show), I have done it before. I blind bought Excel Saga (A show I had been planning to watch for years) last August, and loved it.
 
Finally finished Mayo Chiki. Pretty entertaining show. Now to finish Burst Angel so I can start Anohana.
 
Just chiming in to say that I've finally reached Bleach first 100 episodes.

Now I understand the word "filler episodes".

Its amazing how it drags on sometimes. Although they do have some good stuff in there. Also, I noticed that there were some questionable artistic quality in the episode 90 to 100 range.

The original reason for Bleach original story pretty much a very very very distant memory. Kinda saddening, consider it had some real promise.

Do that. I want to see what you think of it. I remember marathoning Anohana 'cause I was hooked to the drama. And most episodes touched me in some way.
