Lol what's funny about it is that I live with like, the only attractive cosplayer in the entire cosplay scene who doesn't show skin. I'm like "bikini costume!" or "lingerie set!" and she's like "no".

You don't have to show skin to be attractive. I think I've made my personal tastes rather clear with the community here that exposing massive amounts of skin is absolutely unnecessary.

Oh what the heck. My GF is Maridah. I run Cosplayshots.com, and unsurprisingly a very large percentage of the photos on her site are mine. Her stuff has gotten pretty popular in Asia and decently so here in the US in the last few years, especially her Saber.

Yup. I want a cosplaying loli girlfriend to wear those sorts of outfits, then I could die happy. I mean, it's not going to happen, but damn it I can dream.

I love Victorique too. Maybe not in the same way but she's awesome. I'm a big Rozen Maiden fan too (which is probably why I own dolls too...) and she reminds me a lot of Shinku. My GF really likes her too and wants to cosplay her, but she doesn't have the loli physique up top if you know what I mean, although she is young enough looking in the face to be OK for it.
 
Never seen her but those are some good cosplays. Does she make her own outfits?

She made most of them. The Nagato from Haruhi was given to her by a costume maker (in exchange for them using the photos in their ads) and a couple of the generic maid outfits were bought, but as I recall everything else was made by her.

Oh, the Mugi (K-On) is assembled from real school uniform stuff bought from a uniform seller too, but she had to tailor everything so it's not totally out of the box.

Lol, she wishes it wasn't an issue too. Not like you'll really be able to tell with some of Victorique's outfits though.
 
I looked at some of her cosplay. I think she could pull it off. Just need to get that long hair down, mmmhhhmmm.

Currently is The Biggest Otaku in TGAT.

Sorry TC, but Discs and Mangas alone can't beat figurines and cosplaying.

Haha, her FB just got reinstated, actually. I think it's just "Maridah's Cosplay".

In case it wasn't clear BTW, the Lodoss cosplayers are a different pair of friends, that's not her or me in those pics.

She's going to be doing a Shinku pretty soon, by the way, so that'll be a pretty good preview of what a Victorique would look like. I think she actually finished the costume, she just had a problem with the wig and had to order a new one, so it didn't get worn on schedule and we're just waiting for the next convention before we have a chance to shoot it.

Oh, and lol, I'm not really into Eva, but I wouldn't complain about an Asuka cosplay either, I've always liked the character design. (Especially the new prototype plugsuit or whatever that lewd one is called lol) Too bad one of our other friends (the same girl who's the Rin in some of the Fate sets) is like, the living personification of Asuka.

Short response: Show sucks. Skip it.

Long(er) response: I watched it only looking at a picture of Satellizer holding a weapon with a tattered uniform all badass-like, except they flood all the action with boobs.

Well if you want to see boobs, knock yourself out. if you're expecting serious action, watch something else. 👍
