^ I go both, whichever comes to me 1st or available asap is the one I'll watch. But on the dub front, there are some gems, like Azumanga Daioh, Clannad, Onegai Teacher/Twins, Ah! My Goddess, & FMP-series.

-> If I'm looking for a laugh, I'd watch any Tagalog dub. :D

Ah, yeah. I've watched that in its entirety in english, and the entire original series in spanish, then up to around episode 200 subbed.
 
So the Spring Season has reached the end.
My favourite anime was without a doubt Hataraku Maou-sama!

(edit): ^ I recently got that song recently. It's hella catchy like some other TM Revolution songs I've heard, but it's not entirely bombed the guy's singing thanks to Nana Mizuki. I can feel their passion when they sing the upbeat chorus together which I love the most of the song. However...

This is the sound track that will go with anything: when you're shaving, when your kids take their first poop, when you fix the printer, when you help someone up after they fall, when you're brushing your teeth, when you're wiping the sweat off you squeeze out an ice cream cone working at McDonald's. This will go with anything.




Also, Attack on Titan's OST released recently. Go nuts.

Guys, I hate to bring up Evangelion here again as I've seen it being discussed many, many, many times before in the past. But, I finally took the time to watch it over the weekend, all 26 episodes including the original ending which many people didn't like...

I have noticed that this forum is so obsessed with Evangelion. XD
A friend of mine once told me, Freezing is very similar to Evangelion, but is much better.
Also SnK is overrated as hell, has great animation and a good story, but is not the best anime ever. I believe SnK will be the new SAO.

Your friend is utterly wrong.

And SnK was the new SAO on day 1. I don't know how it achieved its status so quickly. Read the manga instead.

By the time I finished the original, it was already 3 in the morning, lol. I'm gonna watch End of Evangelion later tonight. I took a peek at the start yesterday and wtf?!! :crazy:

I am not obsessed with Evangelion...(Granted I prefer the manga than the anime)

The original ending and End Of Evangelion make a lot more sense if you watch both of them. Also, by themselves the original ending is best interpreted as a postmodern attempt at humour, while End is best interpreted as a postmodern parody of a Disney film. Anyway, they're both postmodern.

Lol, that was the one thing keeping me from checking out Evangelion actually. I'm not really into the whole unrealistic 'super robot capable of space flight armed with uber cannons of mass destruction', and I thought Evangelion was just the same. Not that the premise in Evangelion is something you'd call 'realistic'.

I finally decided to pick it up after hearing all the people saying Pacific Rim ripped it off. I don't agree with them, but I can see why though.

If I remember corretly, some time ago I saw a random thread on internet comparing evangelion and Freezing, I made now a little research and found Freezing is Ecchi, so you must be right, my friend wrong.

I don't mind people like SnK and SAO, I watched all SAO eps and about 5 eps of SnK. What bothers me is to see on all internet people after only watched two or three episodes, that the SnK is the best anime ever, and who don't like it is criticized. Neither Kirito nor Jaeger are the most "Badass" mc ever, neither Mikasa and Asuna the most beautiful girls in anime.
I don't will watch or read the SnK, the violence is a bit much for me, this season the only "violent" anime I saw was Kakumeiki Valvrave, and because I saw people saying that would be the successor of Code Geass.
Is the 2nd time I am mistaken about a anime that would be the new Code Geass, the last was Guilty Crown.

When you see people make such statements, you should automatically write them off as invalid.

How can one already decide the overall quality of a show without even finishing it? You can't. You may luck out and guess right, but that doesn't mean it's accurate.

Ignore those dummies as they are everywhere.

Anno has a special thanks in the credits of Pacific Rim. Ever since I heard about the movie I was pumped because I would LOVE to see an EVA live action style movie but I never want them to do an EVA live action movie.
